You said 1989 in the video but 1988 in the description?

Why do you insist on referring to me as “movienight”…?

Also, please pay attention better, and understand what that “validity” score *actually* represents, okay?

Don’t bother replying to poeple like him, I do think B&T Excellent Adventure deserves an eight. A good comedy for the time, for me, wat6ching this movie was like watching a “live action” cartoon.

It’s not supposed to be a historical documentary. If it was written that way, it wouldn’t be funny. Another thing people tend to miss is that, Bill and Ted aren’t brain dead. I say this from a parent’s perspective. Neither Bill nor Ted have the proper parental figures to support their enthusiasm. Until Rufus shows up. Neither father’s support their son’s interests. The movie is about learning to believe in yourself, your dreams, & true friendship. It is a mythological trip that is fun and funny.

*I’d also like to add, that the special effects are just enough, like BTTF. It isn’t a movie that needs to rely on big special effects. And the sets for the most part, are good just the way they are. There is nothing at all with any of the sets. Big special effects don’t make a movie better. Its HOW and WHERE what ever special effects can be afforded are used. Big budget blockbusters prove this every year. There are alot of popular movies with big special effects and action that are no good.
